HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING WORK? 

Order Processing & Delivery Guidelines
When placing your order, please note the following:  

1. For all orders within the USA, please allow 3 to 4 days for order processing as well as 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. In most cases, generally speaking you should receive your item within 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order.
   
   
2. For all orders outside of the USA, please allow 3 to 5 days for order processing as well as 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. In most cases, generally speaking you should receive your item within 4 to 5 weeks from the time of order.

What happens when I place an Order?

• As soon as you place your order you will receive an confirmation e-mail for your order.  
  
  
• This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.  
  
  
• You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. 

Note: Festivals & Public Holidays
Please note that if you order during the period of big festivals & public holidays your delivery time will definitely be delayed possibly by 1 week. 

What if I did not receive my order after the Order Delivery Guidelines stated? 
If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2 weeks prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

ADDITIONAL NOTE
As we bring the best deals to you, some of your items may come from our different warehouses so they may not arrive together in the same package / shipment or on the same day.
